2. What data we process

The data you provide in the forms on this website: first and last name, company, department, email address, phone number, country, sector, type and quantity of equipment, urgency, services of interest and your message. We also record the language of the page from which you send your enquiry. When you submit the form we also record your IP address, the page from which you opened it, the date and time of submission and a record that you ticked the box confirming you have read the data protection information. We use the IP address to detect automated submissions and to show that the information was provided before submission.

We do not ask for special category data (health, beliefs, etc.). Please do not include it in your message.

3. Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare the quotation or assessment you request and, if you place an order, manage the business relationship.

We do not send newsletters or marketing communications based on these forms, and we do not make automated decisions or create profiles.

4. Legal basis

Steps taken at your request, or at the request of the company you work for, prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries from business professionals, in protecting the form against automated submissions and in being able to show that this information was provided (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to a contract, 2 years from our last communication. If it does, for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, tax and commercial law).

The IP address and the other records of submission are part of the message and are kept for the same period. The server incident log (submissions blocked as suspected automation, which may include the IP address) is kept for 90 days.

6. Who we share it with

Depending on the country you indicate, your enquiry is handled by a JUX group company, which processes the data as an independent controller in order to assist you:

Our website hosting and email providers also access the data on our behalf, solely to provide their services to us. We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law.

7. International transfers

Chile and Mexico are not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Transfers to the group companies in those countries are based on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914). 8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to privacidad@jux-itt.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and providing proof of identity. We will reply within one month.
